Terms and Conditions

-All order details are to be discussed, confirmed and agreed upon prior to invoice being sent. Major changes cannot be made to your order once the invoice is sent.
-Orders must be confirmed MINIMUM 5 days prior to pickup. I will touch base 2 times, if I don’t hear from you I cannot make your goodies. I will not accept payment less than 5 days prior to pickup. 

-Once the invoice is received, the order will be confirmed once PAYMENT IS MADE. I cannot stress enough that I CANNOT make your order unless payment is made. I do NOT accept cash. Deposits are only accepted for orders over $200, unless full payment is preferred. If the order total is under $200, full payment is required upon reception of invoice. 

-Pickup address is ON THE INVOICE- I do not advertise my address online as it is my personal dwelling. 

-Delivery must be discussed prior to the invoice being sent. I cannot accommodate last minute deliveries. North of the river is $20, south of the river is $10. Large or complex orders requiring setup may be subjected to additional time charges. 

-Cakes should always be refrigerated! They need to be transported in their box on a flat surface- preferably on the passenger floor spot with AC on! My fridge to your fridge- please do not run errands with your cake in your car! 

You can also have a passenger hold the cake. 

-Cookies do not need to be refrigerated, however they do need to be kept out of the sun! 

-Pickup time will be confirmed the day prior to pick up. 

-Please be on time for pickups. If there is more than a 15 minute discrepancy in your pick up time and I receive no attempt at communication, your cake and goodies will be left outside in the pick up box. I am not often home all day to accommodate changes in pickup time. 

-I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the cake or cookies after pick up. 

-Photos will be taken of your cake and or cookies and may be used online for advertising purposes.
